The Aerial Platform Supporting Autonomous Resupply Actions Drone. What a mouthful. The APSARAD (that really isn't any better, but I'm not typing all that out again), is a cardboard glider that takes about two hours to assemble, and is meant to deliver supplies during humanitarian crises. The team that developed it is hoping to make it completely biodegradable soon, but this is a huge step towards humanitarian relief efforts.
